New York Rangers De-Edge

I got on a bit of a roll making concepts the last few days, so expect a new concept about every three days for the next little while.

New York Rangers:
Even though the Rangers have "untouchable" jerseys, I'm making something new for each team in this series so they get changed here.  The striping is different, but still inspired by their classic jerseys, and their shield logo is used on the front of the jersey.

Thanks for visiting.

New York Islanders De-Edge

New York Islanders:
For the Islanders I decided to use four stripes to symbolize their four straight Stanley Cups.  I know it's a very overused idea, but I couldn't think of anything unique for them.  As you can see the home jersey doesn't feature any white, and the road jersey is like the home jersey but with white as the base colour.

Have a good day.

New Jersey Devils De-Edge

While, at this point of the series there are still a lot of upcoming teams I still need to make concepts for.  I have a few done, but there mostly later in the alphabet.  So don't be surprised if there are longer waits between concepts.  Anyways, on to today's concept.

New Jersey Devils:
I had no idea what I was going to do for the Devils, because I couldn't imagine them changing their jerseys and they also don't have a lot of jerseys to draw inspiration from.  Then I had this idea, which is kind of a mix of their two different jersey designs (1982-92 and 1992-Present), but with the sleeve stripes moved up to where the TV numbers usually go, and the shoulder yoke extended to those sleeve stripes.

Thanks for visiting.

Nashville Predators De-Edge

Nashville Predators:
I was a big fan of the striping on the Predators original uniforms, but I like their current colour scheme better.  So I basically combined those two things here (which isn't a very original concept but it was the best idea I had).  I did simply the striping though.  Also yellow now becomes their road jersey colour, to match the rest of this series.

Have a good day.
